Ghana Premier League champions, Accra Hearts of Oak will play Kamsar in emergency match on September 19 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Because of this, the Organizing Committee of the CAF Champions League has decided that Hearts of Oak will play Kamsar in a single match on September 19 at the Accra Sports Stadium and the winner will advance to the next stage of the competition.
