Ghanaian Afrobeats Artiste, Chief One – real name, Ivan Michael Nyagamagu has received a recognition from Ghana Music Awards Scheme. Lawada Republiq boss, Chief One evolved with his strong and powerful song writing skills that has earned him a nomination into the Unsung Category of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2023.

Chief One before getting this node by the VGMAs, has released a 6- track EP "Here I come" of which 4 quality videos have been shot and served the fans.

Chief One began fanning his professional career in music in early 2015 when he fully decided it was time to take his craft to the world after discovering his ideals in creating music. 6 years down memory lane, he boasts of a mixtape and singles that propelled him to be recognized in his home region (Volta Region), as one of the big home acts with a promising career that would be recognized nationally and globally.
