The Nike Atletico Madrid 2023-2024 away jersey pays homage to the club's first-ever football shirt that featured a half-and-half design. It combines royal blue on the right and white on the left with blue raglan-style sleeves.
Atletico Madrid have gone through their kit vault and are marking their 120th anniversary in style with the release of a special edition blue and white jersey, which they have worn against Mallorca on May 1. The kit is inspired by the first-ever jersey the club's players wore, featuring a blue and white colourway as well as the original club badge.

The club, which was founded by a group of Basque students living in Madrid and members of the Biscayan team, wore blue and white kits at that time. The old crest - which was valid until 1917 - was made up of a belt surrounding a football on which the initials of Athletic Club could be read intertwined.
